Are Morgana pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every Morgana piece is handcrafted in small batches by our makers, often finished one at a time. Because of this, tiny variations in wood grain, patina, wire wrap, or crystal shape are part of the charm — no two talismans look exactly alike. We see this as a feature, not a flaw: you're carrying something with the maker's hand still on it.
What materials do you work with, and how should I care for them?
Our collections lean on natural and traditional materials — woods, metals (often brass, copper, or alloy with antique finishes), and natural crystals such as amethyst, quartz, and obsidian. A few simple rituals will keep your piece heirloom-worthy:
• Wood: keep dry, wipe with a soft cloth, avoid long soaks and harsh cleaners. A breath of natural oil now and then revives the grain.
• Metal: store in a dry pouch away from perfume, lotion, and chlorine. Antiqued finishes are meant to deepen over time.
• Crystals: handle gently — many are softer than they look. Cleanse them however suits your practice (moonlight, smoke, sound); avoid prolonged sunlight for amethyst and rose quartz, which can fade.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists the dimensions we can confirm for that piece. For rings and bracelets, please measure against a piece you already wear comfortably — because items are handcrafted, we recommend ordering true to your usual size rather than sizing up. If a measurement isn't listed and you need it before buying, message us and we'll check the batch.
When will my order ship, and where do you ship to?
Orders are packed from our studio after a short handling window so each piece can be inspected and wrapped properly. Current handling and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination. For the most up-to-date shipping windows, please contact us before ordering if you have a hard deadline (a birthday, handfasting, Samhain, Ren Faire, etc.) — we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to love what arrives. If something isn't right, please reach out within the window stated in our Refund Policy and we'll guide you through return, exchange, or replacement. Can I buy Morgana on Amazon?
Yes. Morgana is our brand on Amazon as well — search Morgana in the jewelry, home, or cosplay-accessory categories and you'll find our official storefront. This Shopify site is our brand home (full collections, story, lookbooks); Amazon is there for shoppers who prefer that checkout. Either way, you're buying from the same makers.
Do you offer gift wrapping and custom or wholesale inquiries?
Many of our pieces are bought as gifts, so they ship in protective pouches or boxes suitable for gifting straight out of the parcel — ideal for birthdays, weddings, handfastings, or Yule. For custom commissions, engravings, bridal-party sets, or wholesale/Ren Faire vendor inquiries, email us with what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible from our current batches.
Is Morgana friendly to pagan, witchy, or tarot practitioners?
Absolutely — it's woven into who we are. Morgana draws from gothic, medieval, Norse, and fae folklore, and many customers use our pieces on their altar, in ritual, or as an everyday talisman. We design with respect for these traditions and welcome practitioners of any path, as well as anyone who simply loves the aesthetic and storytelling.
